A coalition of Sacramento-based nonprofits and artists approached me to oversee the branding, promotion, and design work for an upcoming community block party event. I designed all digital and print collateral for the event and worked with multiple organizations, musicians, and artists to develop an effective promotion strategy utilizing a combination of social media and on-the-ground community outreach efforts.
My role also included organizing a team of volunteers and artists, assisting in the design and execution of several large-scale art pieces, designing merch, and executing the printing of T-shirts, banners, and flyers.
